1. What is JessVee Return/Exchange policy?

We know you will love your JessVee products but if you change your mind on a purchase or your item doesn’t fit, we will exchange it or refund it. (Full price items only).

You can return/exchange your item within 10 days (inclusive) after delivery provided the garment is unworn, in a new condition with tags in place and in its original packaging.

Exchanges of merchandise are subject to availability of stock and any additional variation in price is the customer’s responsibility. Also original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs. Please check our return & exchange policy.

2. Can I get a refund for a sale item?

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded if you change your mind.

3. How long does it take to process my return?

Depending on your location, it can take 2 to 15 business days for your return to reach us and once your return has been delivered to us and approved by us, we process your refund/exchange within 1-3 business days.

4. How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order as soon as your items have been dispatched. We will send you a shipping confirmation in an email containing your tracking number.

Please visit the Australia Post online tracking system to track your shipment. Remember it might take a business day to become active.

5. Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the address. On few occasions there might be a small chance where we can try and update the address. We dispatch orders the same day or within the next 3 business days. The sooner you contact us the better.
